TRADITIONAL SPIT ROAST MENU
The traditional spit roast menu allows you to choose from a combination of meats, salads and desserts to ensure your function is a success. Roast Pork, Beef, Lamb or Chicken is prepared by professionals to ensure that the meal served to your guests is superb! A choice of three superb roasts satisfies all tastes and we can even cater for Vegetarians when required.
Freshly prepared Salads are made in our commercial kitchen just prior to your function, ensuring freshness, quality and most importantly, flavour and taste. A selection of seven salads is available, Rice, Pasta, Coleslaw, Potato, Beetroot, Pineapple and Tossed Salad consisting of seasonal ingredients including lettuce, capsicum, onion, tomato and cucumber.
Desserts, the favorite end to any function, with a range including Pavlova, Cheesecake, Fresh Fruit Salad and cream, or Apple Strudel, you can select any two to compliment the Roast your guests have enjoyed.
Hot Idaho potatoes in foil, buttered bread sticks and condiments to compliment your selected Roasts including Gravy, Sour Cream, Mustard, Apple Sauce, Mint Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Salt and Pepper provide the "extras" that are included with every meal.
STAINLESS STEEL KNIFE AND FORK are supplied for every main meal, and all disposable Plates, Spoons, Bowls as well as Serviettes with your choice of colour supplied as part of the function.
Complimentary Tea and Coffee (you supply the hot water), Milk, Sugar and disposable cups complete the function.
Our best is saved to last: WE PROVIDE EXPERIENCED STAFF TO COOK AND CARVE, so you get to enjoy your function, socialise with your guests and have an enjoyable time.
