SALADS MENU
Freshly prepared Salads are made in our commercial kitchen just prior to your function, ensuring freshness, quality and most importantly, flavour and taste. A selection of seven salads is available, Rice, Pasta, Coleslaw, Potato, Beetroot, Pineapple and Tossed Salad consisting of seasonal ingredients including lettuce, capsicum, onion, tomato and cucumber.
Desserts, the favorite end to any function, with a range including Pavlova, Cheesecake, Fresh Fruit Salad and cream, or Apple Strudel, you can select any two to compliment the Roast your guests have enjoyed.

Nick's Rice Salad is a unique combination of tumeric coloured rice, capsicum, almond kernals, sultana's and more! This is a truly spectacular looking salad, that even doubles for a "fried rice" if there is any left over.
Al Dente' pasta with a mayonaise dressing and loaded with all things nice and fresh. Also available as an Italian Pasta salad based on an olive oil dressing and truly Mediterranean flavour on request.
Wonderful Tossed Salad, Annette's pride and joy of fresh greens and vegetables in a mouth watering salad. Lettuce, Tomatoes, Spanish Onion, Capsicum and Cucumber combined to refresh the palate when dining. An optional salad dressing is also provided for those who wish to indulge with additional flavours....
Freshly prepared Potato Salad, a lovely combination of pontiac Potatoes, Mayonaise, Spring Onions and Parsley, combined to tempt even the fussiest food critic.
Okay, Nick and Annette did not grow this beetroot, but what is the true Aussie salad without it?? We cannot guarantee the "no mess" qualities of our Beetroot, but each Guest can make their own choice.
