FINGER FOOD MENU
The FINGER FOOD Menu allows you to choose from a combination of nibblies including, chicken wingettes, drumettes, spicy meatballs, vol au vents, mini sausage rolls, mini dim sims,club sandwiches,cold meat platters and desserts to ensure your function is a success.
The Finger Food is accompanied by Dipping sauces, disposable plates, serviettes and our staff to serve the seemingly endless supply.
Freshly prepared Salads are made in our commercial kitchen just prior to your function, ensuring freshness, quality and most importantly, flavour and taste. A selection of upto seven salads is available, Rice, Pasta, Coleslaw, Potato, Beetroot, Pineapple and Tossed Salad consisting of seasonal ingredients including lettuce, capsicum, onion, tomato and cucumber. Most choose the coleslaw option, but if you wish to expand the feast, why not.
Desserts, the favorite end to any function, with a range including Pavlova, Cheesecake, Fresh Fruit Salad and cream, or Apple Strudel, you can select any two to compliment the Roast your guests have enjoyed.
We supply the Bar-B-Q's, staff and expertise, you provide the Guests! Ask Nick for other options which you may require, soft drinks, lolly packets, cakes, ice creams. Nick is more than happy to quote on your requirements.
